Hi,

I am planning to apply for express entry from India and my wife at present is in HK (she is HK citizen) and doesn't have Indian visa. So, is it possible for me to be the main applicant and put her in the same application and still go on with it, even though we are in two different countries now. As i would rather have us apply together than wait a year or more to get her to Canada with spouse sponsor.

Any help with be greatly appreciated as I couldn't find anything on CIC that says we have to be in the same country to apply together.

Thank you in advance for your help.
