Hello everyone,

I searched the forum i couldn't figure out where i could post this, so here i am, seeking some insight that would be highly appreciated.

My husband and i are planning on moving to Canada, We did some google search and decided to start with EE procedure We already started preparing WES+IELTS to create our profile, our concern is that he is working in the US, he's the main applicant and i live in Morocco, the paper process for the US is very long and slow so i can't join him for good but i do visit as i have a tourist visa and i can do so when we are about to apply, but the question is where do we apply when we get the ITA?? Can we do it from the US together and im just on a tourist visa or do we apply separately?? and also, for the proof of funds, i have some funds in my account in morocco, and he has some but his dad is investing it, i read some stories where the parent can put it in his account and write a notarized letter just says it's a gift, can we do that??and can we submit more than one bank statement : our joint account in the US, mine in morocco, his back home?? or do we need to move all the money to one bank in one country ??
Also, last question, i might have to overstay my visa in the US if i'm pregnant and i can't travel, would that affect our application, knowing that he's the main applicant
Thank you so much for your help, we really need it

Ok, you have a very standard situation, so don't worry.

You can apply with the ITA from the north pole. One of you can be at the south pole. No issue there.

Funds can be in different accounts as long as both the people with the accounts are on the same application (accompanying).

Yes, a gift deed will be fine.

Try not to overstay, it won't look good at all.
