My new passport is issued in Toronto
I gave canada as Country/ territory of issue while creating my express entry profile

is it correct?
I received my ITI on April 1st..

or should it be India?
Please advice

You can change it. IMO, it does not warrant an entry in the LOE as there’s no effect in your score. Save that space for the really important ones.
