Country Out & In at Niagra Falls Bridge??

Hi, I want to know about the country out & In after Passport stamped.
Just want to know that if someone cross the bridge to US and come back without US Visa as per the procedure, do they get deported stamp on their Passport from US immigration ????

Does this cause any future difficulties in getting US Visa ??

Which is the right way :
1, Getting US Visa for country out & In
OR
2, Follow the Niagra fall bridge procedure without getting US Visa ??

Number 2 is correct!
don't worry! a lot of people are doing so! US visa people will know what was the reason of rejection.
