I've received ITA (EE FSW program, STEM stream) and currently filling out my profile. I have a doubt about my country of residence. Here is my input data:
1. Is it right if I mention Russia as my country of residence and explain in the LoE that I'm planning to either go back to Russia or travel to different countries on my vacations? I'm not planning to spend my vacation in Kazakhstan.
2. Is it allowed to submit my documents outside of country of residence? For example, I'm planning to travel to Turkey, spend 2 weeks there and submit my documents from there.

- Since Sep, 2022 until Nov, 2023 I was living in different countries outside of Russia. Now I found a job in Kazakhstan and I'm working here on a rotation basis (1 month of work, then 1 month of vacation). I have a temporary residence in Kazakhstan.
- My wife has been working in Russia all this time.
