Country of residence issue!

Hi,

This has got me thinking, can I ask a question please?

I have a Canada open work permit (spouse of an international student), He started school in Canada last September, but I have been in and out of Canada since then, Can my country of residence be Canada on my EE profile? Please note that I will be going to stay in Canada from next month.

I believe that if you have lived in 1 country more than six months that becomes your country of residence.
But, in your case you have a vaild spouse status and have been in canada few times now, your country of residence is Canada.
Just mention the address of your spouse.
