My country of citizenship is India but I live in the United states now. I reviewed my express entry application and see that my country of residence listed as India. Now In my PR application, I am changing it to united states as I am living here since 2010. Do I need to write an LOE for this?

Yes do that...........same thing with me but offcourse I clearly separated these two but you need LOE
