Country of Issue for Passport Express Entry

I am an Indian citizen and renewed my passport in Toronto, Canada. For Express Entry what should I put as Country/Place or Issue for passport : India or Canada ?

I have renewed mine in Toronto as well, cos the question means which country issued u a passport(nationality)
