country changed traveling by Canada visitor Visa

hi dear all
please help me i need some information about my friends problem as bellow,

i have a friend from Afghanistan that he was with me in one University in Delhi,
he was applied for Canada visitor visa for along time ago and now he recieved his visa from Islamabad Pakistan,
now he is in India becuase of his mother that she is in hospital,
in this last week i recieved my visa too,
we plan to go Toronto togather from India, i want to ask that can he fly from India? or need anyother documents in Airport??
becuase of his visa issu from Islamabad Pakistan,
if anybody has some information please help me,

U can fly from any country, no other document is required.....as long u have valid document to enter Canada..
