I got my work permit on 10Jan 2023 and it’s valid till 10 Jan 2026. I worked for 14 months in Teer 2 in Canada so that makes up for one year CEC. I got laid off back in October so I decided to come back to India. I found a job and started working as soon as possible. I will complete one year experience in October 2025. The work experience gained can be used to claim points for foreign experience? keeping in mind that my work permit is still valid till 10 Jan 2026.
