Did anyone meet this situation before? I am so anxious.
My PR was approved in 2024, and I got my COPR on Jan 7, 2025. my husband is my dependant, he got his COPR in Oct 2024 out of Canada, but he was refused to enter Canada as a immigrant, the border office told him his document is invalid. I checked Gckey, the document status was changed to invalid on Jan 7, 2025, but we did not receive any notification.
His medical result is valid and will expire in May 2025, and his COPR is valid and will expire May 2025, too. I called IRCC, the agent just said he would send a message to office, but 1 week later, no response. I created webform too, no response. I also request ATIP, but it will take almost 1 month.
Finally my husband entered Canada as a visitor since he also has a valid visitor visa, but he flied thousands of miles only for PR. The border office collected his original COPR and cancelled his immigrant visa. Now both of us are anxious to death, is there anyone know what document is invalid and what we can do to get his PR card?
