as in, right now I only have mark sheets of4 semesters (i gave 5 but 5th results are not out yet) ,can I apply now and do canadian universities give spot admissions and so on? meaning conditional admissions in a way....

these two things (i still don't know who is right she or me) are making me choose another consultant, because doesn't canada colleges give conditional admissions?
or did you all apply only after getting the final degree way ahead in july I think?
I guess not, but I'm scared .....because this consultant seems knowledgeable but this one thing might make me go away from her...

Why would you stay dependent on a consultant when you could do it yourself. Just email the uni. You must have enough time if you are applying for September next year
