Mr PR got expired and I have been advised to go for appeal. They have endorsed visa for making appeal in canada, if I want. Please let me know how to hire counsel to represent my case and what will be the charges or else can I get my case represented by govt lawyer for free like in india. Is there anybody who can present my case with low cost? Generally how many days it takes to start the hearing from appeal submission date. Also what will happen if I go on RX-1 visa and do not make appeal?

There are no 'free' lawyers for your particular situation that I am aware of. You can likely expect to spend about $5k CAD for an appeal lawyer. Of course, that is a rough estimate based on what I have seen posted here, I am no lawyer and each will have their own fees.

If you come to Canada on the visa you have stamped and don't launch an appeal you will be given a departure order. If you don't leave within the 30 days of departure notice it will turn into a deportation order, CBSA will come find you, put you on a plane back to India and that will also come with a complimentary 5 year ban on entering Canada.

1. A deportation order is a life time ban.
