2.I got job offer one Canada based company through consultantcy how I check original or fake offer

Without further information impossible to say if any job offer is fake or not but although not impossible would be very rare to get a firm job offer from outside Canada unless someone has very specific skills not readily available in the country.

There are a lot of fake job offers which are pretty obvious with bad grammar, unrealistic salaries and working conditions.
