Hello guys! I really need to find out answers for my situation, need help from you guys who know, hope you could give some advice, thank you so much in advance.

My spouse and I have just received provincial nomination. My Post Graduate work permit is expiring end of May 2011. I got a letter of support from provincial immigration. I m about to apply for my new Temporary work permit.

My question is :

1. Can I apply for my spouse an open work permit at the same time I apply for my Temporarily work permit inland process? (my spouse is not with me in Canada)

2. Shall I get my new work permit first before I mail my PR application to Buffalo or I could just send it right now with my current work permit expiring in May, 2011?

3. I also need a TRV which mine is expiring same date as my current post graduate work permit. If I apply TRV, could I include my spouse as well for inland process? What's the chance to get my spouse approved? She was rejected the first time application with the reason that no strong tie to her home country...

I hope anyone could give me some advices on the above questions. You help is very much appreaciate!! thanks a million!!!
