Hello, Iam a Canadian and got married in Mumbai india. Iam divorced in Canada, the indain register office would not give me a marriage certificate because they not believe that my Canadian divorce certificate is true. They asked me too get a court order in Mumbai, the court asked me to bring my exwife there too, ex was an Indian citizen at time of marriage but Canadian at divorce. Iam now back in Canada without a marriage certificate. What can I do from here or what more prove can I gather that my divorce is legal. Thank you
