I arrived in Canada in December 2019, after receiving my PR through express entry in a joint application with my "just married" husband.
Unfortunately, things did not go well, and my husband applied for divorce in August 2020, which I came to know of only a week ago!
Now, the lawyer says my case is pending in court, and I am likely to receive the divorce certificate in the coming months.
I already have PR, could this affect my eligibility in any way?
