COULD MY CEC BE DECLINED!!!! HELP

Im really in some need of advise. I have just done my medical for my CEC so I know im so close to the end. but very silly me I crossed the boarder with some friends and got held up coming back into Canada, long story short they found out I have been working and I should not of been
The have let me back into canada on the base that i leave and go back to UK in 7 days and just wait out the last of my PR, they made notes on my account so I just know that when the CIC people come round to sending me my RPRF it going to alert them of this new and bad thing I have done!!!
Please do you think I will still get my PR???

I have been told that because they had no real proof and it was just a feeling they gave me the choice to leave and not just issue me with a ban so this is good, I have been told not to stay out of canada for too long and to get a flight back in 7-10 days...

I did my medical on the 6th Feb and have not heard anything back.

this is a bloody blunder my friend... what made you explore yourself like that .. I would say chances are 50-50. CBSA is different body than CIC .. but hard to say at what point they link up...

I am not really sure, but just be strong, because yesterday i heard from a friend of mine that he got his PR and landed yesterday even with sending the Employment Letter, Birth Certificates and few other documents, which is required under CEC.

So this should give you confidence. Hopefully this is missed and you get your PR.

Its hard to comment on your situation. If i were you i will seek professional advice as you are on verge of getting everything done in your application. Hope that helps. Good luck

you are not the first one who did this..My friend was involved in some thing like this..but he got his PPR and was fine...you should be ok too

I have a friend involved in something similar.. theft crime or something like this.. he said when the cop asked him about his status.. they called immigration letting them know what happened and the cop asked the immigration officer.. if this case is going to affect his application for immigration... Immigration officer said it will not affect this application but may affect in future at the time you file your citizenship application.. but each case is different,, looks like at this point.. u shud b ok
