Could I create my profile on the Express Entry a few weeks before my work experience?

I have a few weeks left to finish my one year experience to apply for Express Entry. Since it takes some time to catch the government's attention to get my profile to be drawn, can I create my profile a few weeks in advance before my experience is finished? My CRS score is 360, so I'll have to have my hopes for PNP stream which will be either through Alberta Express Entry stream or AOS for the worst case scenario.

I would appreciate it if anyone can reply to my question.

Sure, you can create your profile a bit early. If you receive ITA, don't submit your application until after you have a full year of work experience.
