Correspondence sent but nothing received

I opened my cic account and I found this:
We sent you correspondence on July 29 2018. If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please do so as soon as possible. Please wait until you receive the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required > but till now nothing received > did any one know what should i do for this situation ? thanks for help

Did you get their automated email response right after you sent your documents?

I used to get auto messages but just the past two days I’m not getting any auto email response from CPC Ottawa to acknowledge they receive my email. Kind frustrating.

I’ve sent additional documents to them to review but no response.
