My address changed but before processing started and I notified them of the change and even saw the new address once processing started. Is it possible they could've still sent the mail to the old address?
When I sent my application I made absolutely sure I included all the documents they want so I am puzzled by this status plus I didn't receive anything. I know that calling will be futile. Has anyone had the same experience? There was a similar topic but unfortunately the original poster didn't provide an update.
