Correspondence sent but nothing received

I am applying for PR card renewal and this is my current status on eCAS: We sent you correspondence on March 7, 2016. If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please do so as soon as possible. Please wait until you receive the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required.

My address changed but before processing started and I notified them of the change and even saw the new address once processing started. Is it possible they could've still sent the mail to the old address?

When I sent my application I made absolutely sure I included all the documents they want so I am puzzled by this status plus I didn't receive anything. I know that calling will be futile. Has anyone had the same experience? There was a similar topic but unfortunately the original poster didn't provide an update.

My husband had a similar eCAS status. They said they sent correspondence on Feb 1, 2016 and we were worried as we did not receive it. Even we had the same address problem which was updated on file, before they sent the correspondence. We received the correspondence by mail on Feb 11, 2016 at our new address.

So, don't worry, you will receive the mail in another week.
