Correspondence has been dispatched from the Canada Visa Office

Hello everyone!

Is there anybody who can help me with the email I have received from VFS i.e. as per below:

"We would like to inform you that your correspondence has been dispatched from the Canada Visa Office, on 05 Aug 2015 to the Canada Visa Application Centre.
You can track the status of your application through our website mentioned below using your tracking number:2015061XXXXXXXX"

I have applied from ABU DHABI through VFS by paper, I have done upfront medical check up with Police Certificate. I received this email after 7 weeks of the day I submitted my application.
When I check the status of my application, it says "your processed application" and however I haven't had submitted my original passport upon applying, I just submitted the copy of my passport.

1. I haven't provided the original passport when applying, and now I have received such email stating your processed application, Do you think is it a refusal? there are a couple of my friends here who say its a refusal.
2. I can't go and collect my decision due to some traveling dificulty I have in these days, I am in turkey now. Has anyone any idea over my application? you think its a refused?

IF YOU havent submit original passport and you received such, am sorry friend. but just wait to collect or send someone nearby to collect for with you.

maybe its passport request or additional document request.

I am sorry to say this, but it's definitely refusal. In some cases the might ask additional documents, but that's very rare.

I had the same message a few weeks back. I sent my friend to collect the envelop and there it was - "refusal letter of my application".

Still, there is only one way to know for sure. Authorize someone you know to collect your envelop.
