Hi,
I've prepared all documents for FSW this year with score about 78 with my wife. I am an Indian national but have lived in the UK for past 6 years. My current UK visa expires in Feb 2014. However, I am most certain to get my visa extended.
Its most convenient to use London office for processing my application if I can.
I am confused with following statements about choosing my Visa Office.
A citizen of a country that is part of the visa office’s area of responsibility;
An individual who is currently residing in a country that is part of the visa office’s area of responsibility, as long as that individual was granted legal admission to that country for at least 1 continuous year.
Please can any one let me know if I can apply from London office or does it have to be New Delhi.
Again if I have to apply from New Delhi do I need to have an address in India? Also my police clearance certificate is from the UK and don't know if I can get one or need one from India? Or do I need any additional documents to apply from India?
Much Appreciated!
