Correct process to submit IELTS to CIC for FSWP 2013

hey guys,

I was wondering what is the correct process to submit the IELTS score to CIC for FSWP 2013 application:
1. Mail a photocopy with application?
2. Sent scores via IDP?
3. Mail original?
4. or something else? ???
