Hello, anyone could help me with this.

I know for police check, color scan of the orginal is required.

However, some other documents are only required to be copy...does it mean that if I scan a photocopy of the document for submission, it's also acceptable?

The reason I ask is because I have lost my divorce paper, only have a certified translation (with a copy of the orginal attached) - would that be ok to submit that without scan of the orginal?

Thanks heaps

What they mean is the colored scan copy of the original.
If your original document is in a different language other than English and French you need:
1. The scanned copy of the original document
2. The scanned of the copy that you send to the accredited translator
3. The scanned of the translated copy (of the (2)) from the accredited translator
Note: both (2) and (3) need to be endorsed by the accredited translator
