copy of license or passport for FBI & Police clearence certificate

On FBI site as well as state police site they dont ask for copy of license or passport, so we dont have to add any thing with application? can some one guide or confirm this?

You need to provide your social security number.

Yes SSN in form it self right... not a copy of card, but for my dependents who doesnt have SSN what should be there?

no copies. form... finger print, signature... fee....that's it.
