It's a minor error that can be corrected when you land. You will not be refused.

Are you 100% sure?

Because I was told when I sent my COPR for correction that dates of entries can be corrected only during landing and mistakes like the one above if you land with them than they can be corrected only through amendment process (which is much longer than sending COPR for correction)

Khargone is a place in Madhya Pradesh, India, is that correct? If yes, then how is listed in the passport is it a) Khargone, MP or b) Khargone, Madhya Pradesh? If it is option (b) then there is no mistake in the CoPR, just that the name of the place is shortened to its first two letters which in this case happen to be "Ma". Hope this helps.

Yes, I'm sure. Minor corrections can be made when landing.

Corrections

For COPRs where a clerical error has been identified, border service officers and inland IRCC officers must correct the IMM 5688E form to ensure it is consistent with the biographical data in the passport or travel document. The corrections must be made on both copies of the COPR (IRCC copy and client copy) by placing an asterisk beside the data error and noting the correction in the remarks section of the form. Any corrections made must also be reflected in GCMS. Final responsibility for ensuring data integrity and legibility of the COPR, including the reprinting of a replacement document from the system when changes are required, rests with the officers granting permanent resident status.

Thanks a lot for a reply, i really appreciate.
I contacted cic support they asked me to fill a seperate application form and send it to cic office ottawa.
Now am not sure till when i will recieve updates back.
whats given on the cic link is conflicting to whats agent asked me to do. on the link it says this kind of minor changes can be done at the time of landing.
I should have gone for landing i shouldn't have call them.
