Dear friends,
i need your suggestion i received a letter to submit passport port for visa stamping (copr ), but i have no any idea i want o update family statutes about birth a child. i have 25 days to submit passport. still i have no passport of my child so tell me i eamil to visa office about my current statutes .

The critical thing for you at this point is to understand that you MUST add your child to your application: there is a form for this, find it and fill it out and submit it to CIC. At the same time, send them your passport. Include a letter saying that you are adding a newborn child to the application, the child does not have a passport yet but you have applied for one, and that you don't know whether your own passport should receive the COPR visa now or not. If yes, then ask them to give you the COPR and begin adding your child to the application; if no, ask them to please return your passport and delay the COPR, and you will send in all your family passports at once.

Of course, if you can talk to them that would be best -- if you can't, the above is what I would do. There are probably people here who can give you better advice. Above all, do not get the COPR and land without your child being included in the application.
