COPR Received - Passport Expiring

Hi Everyone,

I received my COPR/PPR email last week from CIC.

However my passport is expiring in 5 months. The email received from them states the passport should have a minimum 6 month validity.

What do I do ? Has anyone faced this situation before ?

Should I renew my passport before sending it out ?
