COPR received but out of base country

I received my COPR as an email from CIC asking to contact VFS and submit passport. But currently I am out of base country(India) in UK as a work transfer by my employer. Can I approach VFS, UK and submit my passport? What are my options as I need to submit before 30days?

contact cic through webform and ask them to change your local visa office. Vfs UK will not accept your passport until then.
