COPR received but asking to submit to wrong visa office

We have received our COPR on 1 Nov from London office we have been told to submit our passport to Riyadh office although we have left ksa for good we have told them earlier
After that we email them but it has been a week no reply from them
Anybody been through similar situation how long does it take to respond to such request

What you can do is to contact London visa office and tell them everything.

They will ask you to email them on which they will change your visa office to London from KSA and you can submit your PP at london visa office.

I have emailed them twice but they are not replying it has been 10 days as far as the contact number is concerned we called them it was automated that any query regarding visa will be solved only by email
