COPR questions

Hi everyone!! I just need a little more information regarding my COPR!
I got my COPR mailed to me a week ago, and right now I am staying in Canada as a visitor (I came from a visa-exempt country).
Anyway, we haven't gotten the chance to cross the border as my husband is still busy, so I tried to call CIC hotline 1-888, but cannot get through.

So my questions are,
Once I cross the border and back, will they be sending my PR card soon after that?
Do I actually still have to make an appointment with CIC or apply again online for the card?
And should I be applying to get a SIN or Health insurance myself?

I just have no idea! Hope anyone here can answer my questions!

Regards,
Jezzica

Your PR card will be send automatically after you land. You have to apply for the SIN and health card yourself.
