COPR question

Hi guys my wife has sent her passport to VFS in Pakistan for Canadian visa stamping. Will she get the Visa and COPR back from VFS? A lot of people from my family keep telling me she gets COPR in Canada when she lands. I though she gets COPR and Visa when she gets her passport, am I correct?

Ignore your family. The COPR will be mailed to her along with her stamped passport.
