I mentioned "Vancouver, BC" in my application for "territory of interest to reside". However, I plan to do my landing in Toronto and actually have my PR card delivered to a residential address in Toronto.

Any issues?

Did you apply through direct ITA? Then you shouldn't have any issue as you are free to choose whichever state you want to reside in.

What you mean by "apply through direct ITA?" -- I'm EE FSW-O and I received ITA and then applied received AOR and on ...

i.e. You didnt apply through pnp, your crs score was enough to land you an ita through the EE bi-weekly draw
