CoPR missing ‘Became P.R. on’ date

My mother gave her landing in February through Niagra border and got her CoPR issued. Later we found out that there is no date mentioned in the ‘Became P.R. on’ field. I submitted a web form inquiry and got the rely that she will have to go to the port of entry ie Niagra border.
1) Can we get it corrected/updated from any other CBSA office?
2) Is there a CBSA office around the border so we don’t end up crossing the border?
