COPR is sent from where?

hi,is the COPR sent from Ottawa always? or from the visa office(depending on the country where the application is sent to)?

where was your application processed? it's usually send from the visa office processing the application. if your application is one of those that was forward to ottawa after the initial visa office, then it's possible it's coming from ottawa. generally, if you received a PPR, it would specify which office is processing the visa.

since I live in the US(green card holder) probably my app will go to ottawa...Im a cuban citizen...

if your application goes to ottawa as a us resident, most likely it will come from ottawa.
