Need helppp！I received my PR outside Canada during Covid-19 era, however I was not able to finish my landing process. What is my status now? Still a pr status? I have contacted IRCC many times and not feedback. Do I still get chance to enter Canada?

If you didn't complete landing procedure then you are not a PR and have to reapply for PR from scratch.
