Copr date of entry is blank for dependent

my spouse copr date of entry fields are blank and for me the original date of entry is wrong. Is this normal

Yep, it is very normal. Land first, and then send in an application to get it amended. That takes around 6 months, so do it after you complete your landing at the border. If you decide to land at a CIC office, then they would issue you a new CoPR right there.

Could you please send the link for the application to correct the date and also is it better to wait till we receive PR card ?
(we dont want to make any further delay for the pr cards)
