Sorry for a silly question...
Our visa office (Rome) informed us that our visas are ready for collection. If we would like to arrange a pick up by courier service, we must provide pre-paid and pre-addressed waybill, and that is understandable.
In addition, they wrote: "You should also inform the courier company that your envelope will not be released without the client’s name and surname and without a waybill duly completed in all its fields." This sentence is really confusing me. Does the courier have to show to visa officer our waybill in order to receive the envelope with our visas? Or I can just email the prepaid waybill to VO and inform the courier to provide our names when he comes to collect the envelope?
