1) I heard you're not supposed to fill up the COPR in the country of origin. You have to get to Canada and do it in front of an Immigration Officer.
2) What about B4 and B4A? Can you fill it in the country of origin or do you have to do it in front of an officer? Do they get you one or do you have to get the forms yourself?
