COPR AND TRAVEL RESTRICTIONS

Hlo members,

My wife is a PR in Canada and I have received Visa approval and COPR today. Are travel restrictions still in place; as I live in Kuwait am I able to travel to Canada? if I could travel, what are the required documents to be presented before the authorities?

Are there any direct flights from Kuwait? If no, you might have to ask the airport if you are allow to transit and get another pre-covid test while in transit.
