CoPR and First PR card

I got my CoPR last week(April 2021) and read the letter carefully- It seemed to indicate I need to send one PR photo with a copy of CoPR to the local IRCC office. So I did.

However I'm getting conflicting information online that I should have sent two photos. Although it does not say in the letter that I need to send two, should I have sent two?

What's right? One photo or two for the inital PR card?

What the letter says is right. If they want 2, they will email / call you again

In the letter that you mail, I think we only need to send 1 photo. They will contact you if you needed to send more.
