Hi i applied for Canadian PR from within Canada (CEC category).
I am currently in Canada, i received my COPR June/2021 (ETOBICOKE OFFICE)and it is going to expire within 2 weeks from now and still haven't received my initial PR card. My file says "still in review" (passport picture) , rest is all check marked. i am unable to track the application status using there online tracker.
I have made several attempts to contact IRCC through web form , haven't heard bac from them. Unable to get a hold of a representative through phone.
Does anyone know what else can i do or if my COPR does expire what is the next step?

First, the COPR itself does not expire. After you become a PR, it's just confirmation that you became a PR. You are in Canada legally and technically nothing to worry about as far as PR status - the issues are things like travel abroad and in some provinces may need PR card for certain services.

Unfortuantely I don't have great advice for the PR card part - keep trying by phone. Contact your MP is probably most likely to get you an answer at this point.

Normally woudl say order ATIP but that is taking longer than the promised 30 days.
