One of our submissions for common law will be a Power Of Attorney form where I name my partner as my Power of Attorney. Can this be a copy or does it have to be the original. This form was downloaded from the Ontario Government, Power of Attorney kit.
And what about a self made will, will that be considered valid evidence?

Hello,

Copies should be notarized if translated, or provide originals if you are able.
If they are in English or French then you should get away with copying your self.

Cheers
