coop work experience

I did two year post grad diploma, and 1 year of coop during that. Do i need to mention coop work experience in application?

In the background dec yes, but not in the CEC work experience form as it doens't count.

So, i did a coop after every semester, not year continuous. I mean it was a four semester program and there was coop after every semester.
