Coop placement & completition

Hello all,

Is it necessary to complete the coop of the course to get the degree awarded.? What if i don't get an opportunity to secure a job in coop placement.

It all depends on the program, some programs have optional co-op terms while others have mandatory to graduate co-op terms. But mostly, you'll be required to complete your co-op in order to graduate.


All students manage to get co-op placements either on their own or with the help of their educational institution, you can easily secure an UNPAID co-op placement, it is the paid one that is somehow hard to get.
