Hello
I'm a convention refugee, got accepted 3 months ago, still no PR obviously. From my understanding is that we're considered domestic students after being accepted.
I made sure to talk to the admission team at George Brown before applying. And they confirmed i'm domestic.
Just got this reply from them after waiting for my application to be processed
"Unfortunately we cannot process your application for the C112 - Personal Support Worker Program as you do not qualify as a domestic student. My suggestion would be to re-apply for this program once you have received your PR OR select a program offered to international students: https://www.georgebrown.ca/programs/program-availability?year=2020&availability=international "
Is there a difference between being a domestic and not qualifying as a domestic student?
