Contract Joining Date Mismatch With Experience Letter Dates

Hello All,
I have a question if anyone can help me with that.
In one of my past work experience the contract date is not matching with the experience letter obtained from the company and even i overlooked it while submitting my documents.
I have submitted the documents in reply to the Nova Scotia expression of interest.
How it will impact my application and what could be the possible corrective action?

I did that mistake and my file was under review required for about 4 months.

Please send an explanation letter along with new any other docs to corroborate the correct date. Use the cic webform to send it and make sure you include your uci and file number. Good luck!
