Contract Experience - towards CEC?

Hi Guys, I have few questions can you please help me out in the below Scenario.

I am a PR since Sep 2017 in Toronto, I got married to my wife in Oct 2019, she is on Open Work Permit.
Currently she is working as a Full Time Employee in Montreal.

We want to move together, so she recently got a Contract Opportunity in Toronto, so the questions are as Follows :-

Q1) If she opens an Incorporation or works as a Sole Proprietor -- Will her Experience counts towards CEC?
Q2) If I open an Incorporation and hire her under me -- Will it create any issue as it will be a very new company and she will be working under her Spouse?
Q3) If I open an Incorporation under my friend's name and ask him to here -- Will it create any issue as it will be a very new Company.

Please suggest how to structure the company so that her experience counts.

No, that is self-employment and it doesn´t count.

Q2) If I open an Incorporation and hire her under me -- Will it create any issue as it will be a very new company and she will be working under her Spouse?
Q3) If I open an Incorporation under my friend's name and ask him to here -- Will it create any issue as it will be a very new Company.

Please suggest how to structure the company so that her experience counts.

Does she have any skilled work experience already? How much more does she need? Suggest she just get a legit job until she qualifies. Or perhaps she should apply under the class designed for spouses - Family Class.
